Yes, sorry... could have mentioned that. SLES is the Suse Linux
Enterprise Server, which I do not use voluntarily on that machine, but
because it is required for a certain software. :-( Though Suse does a
good job, too, I usually prefer another distro.

Alright, I think I'm starting to understand the functioning of
rsnapshot. ;-)

I'll try to run some hourly backups and then the dailies. Then I check
what happened, and if I can restore the data. If I still have errors
then, I'll post back.
