Sorry, it doesn't do much.  It only takes a single option, -t,
which causes it to print the messages that it would send, but
not actually send them.

Unfortunately there is no option for sending a test message.

For the next version I'll certainly add some better tools for
testing the mail system, and add an optional "feel good" daily
email too.
