Well, if it's not due to the client timeout param, you could do a manual
transfer via BackupPC_dump in verbose mode. Perhaps it's always the same file
or something.

You could also invoke the ssh/tar command line manually and see what happens...

That shouldn`t be a problem. Backups from other clients are running
without problems.
