multiple backupusers on 1 pc

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to backup different directories on 1 pc as 
different users.  Meaning take for example that I have a pc called 'boaboa' 
and on boaboa there are 3 users: 'user1','user2' and 'user3' with each their 
homedirectory /home/user1, /home/user2, /home/user3.

Is it possible that each user can backup only his userdirectory without 
seeing the directories of the other users in the cgi interface?   So 
actually i was wondering if i can add multiple config files in the pc/boaboa 
directory depending on the user.
