Notice the error: it can't find BackupPC/Lib.pm, and @INC contains
_INSTALLDIR__/lib.

Did you actually use configure.pl to install BackupPC, or did you
just copy the cgi-bin/BackupPC_Admin file from the distribution?

I suspect the latter, since the cgi-bin/BackupPC_Admin in the
distribution contains __INSTALLDIR__/lib, and configure.pl
replaces that with the correct path during install time.

You should install BackupPC using the configure.pl script.  Don't
manually copy files around.
