Automake-1.7.5: tests/dejagnu7.test

Dear Automake developers,

runtest as of DejaGNU 1.4.0 does not understand --status. Instead, it
mistakes --st* for --strace which requires an argument, hence the
AM_RUNTESTFLAGS='--status FAILTCL=$(srcdir)/failtcl' disables the
assignment and thus causes runtest to abort on startup but returning
an OK exit status. This causes "dejagnu7.test" to fail.

Probably the test should be skipped?
