CHANGELOG
v0.2 (17 August 2005)
- Fix several bugs in the conf file parser and simplify the code at the
same
time. Regexps rule!
- Fix highlight bar size on detail view. I renamed the package at the
last
minute for the v0.1 release and forgot to change the skin path to
match.
That resulted in a slightly too large highlight bar on the detail
screen.
- Add version and release date information at the bottom of all screens.
- Add multiple network card issue to problems list.
v0.1 (17 August 2005)
- Initial release

ApcupsdHME v0.1: A monitoring app for TiVo HME
I've just released the first version of ApcupsdHME, an Apcupsd
monitoring agent for use with TiVo DVRs supporting the Home Media Engine
(HME). ApcupsdHME is similar in concept to the multimon CGI scripts,
only it displays UPS information on your TV via the TiVo HME instead of
a web browser.
A README file containing setup info is included in the distribution.
I'm not entirely sure how useful this little app is; I wrote it mostly
as an excuse to play with the TiVo HME SDK. As such, it's a bit rough
around the edges at the moment, but still quite functional. I have some
enhancements in mind, but user feedback (if there turn out to be any
users, for example) will help determine how much further development is
done. Full source code is included in the distribution, so feel free to
hack on it yourself!
