Summary: Set Default Playlist Directory

Initial Comment:
This patch provides the user with a means for setting a 
short default directory name for playlists. I tend to keep 
all my playlists in the \Playlists directory, and this allows 
me to do this.

There is a slight limitation here though. You will notice 
that I said short directory names. The max dir name can 
be 20 characters (MAX_FILENAME) because I did not 
want to use too much space in the config block.

This patch also includes a small section of code to 
display the directory name of the files being added to 
the playlist on the LCD display. More of an informational 
thing than anything.

Usage is : Go to the directory you want as your default, 
then press F1, select playlist options, then select 
the "Set Default Playlist Directory" option.
