Suse 9 and DB2 (not validated): msg#00000

Subject:	Suse 9 and DB2 (not validated)

Hy all! I'm trying to install db2 on a suse linux 9 professional, but I get 
depedency errors. In addition, ibm hasn't validated suse 9, as far as I know. 
Is it possible to install a V8.1 db2 on suse 9 without pain? Are there any 
patches for db2 install to work with suse 9?
