As of today, patches for the Solaris client side fix are available for Solaris 
8 and 9.
The bugid to look for in the patch READMEs is 4909247. Relevant patches for 
Solaris 8
are latest revision of 108993 (sparc) and 108994 (x86). For Solaris 9, they are 
the latest
revision of 112960 (sparc) and 114242 (x86).  The patches for Solaris 10 have 
not yet
been released, this is still work in progress.

As posted previously, the server side requires 5.2patch4 for the fix to take 
effect.
