No, this is the message you got when booting from the installation CD/DVD, but
the right version (64-bit) is installed on the hard-drive.

AFAIK, this indicates that the system has not been able to allocate the
required I/O resources for that device (Bus: 0, device: 1, function: 1), during
the second PCI configuration pass.
Setting the -kv options could give more information.
