My name is Rev. Johnson Weh, a Liberian. I have been the chaplain of the 
presidency of the Liberian Government for 16years.I have worked for Samuel Doe 
and much letter Charles Taylor. I am currently in Calabar, Cross River State of 
Nigeria where our former president His Excellency Charles Taylor is on exile; I 
minister to the more than 87 members of his exile staff and collogue. But I 
must confess to you that for the first time in my life, I am bitter and I want 
to leave and go back to my family Church in Liberia. 
 
While I was Chaplain of the Presidency in Liberia, I was a confidant of the 
president. I have been to so many countries on diplomatic shuttles and I have 
made deposits of huge sums of money in different accounts for the exile 
president. 
 
He made promises that made me trust him, but today I am sure I have been 
betrayed and I am not happy. I got your name from a colleague, a Catholic 
clergy who visited Charles Taylor with some government officer sent by the 
President of Nigeria to see Charles Taylor Last week. As at today, we are 
afraid that Nigerian Government may soon hand over Charles Taylor to the United 
Nations War crime Tribunal sitting in Sierra Loane. Our fate is now hanging. 
 
I made deposits of funds for Taylor in several places and I have all the 
information and documents and I am now prepared to release it to some one to 
help me get these consignments released and get the money deposited in a bank, 
because I want to leave this place. He cannot allow me to leave but I want to 
find my way out and I have no money. 
 
There is $16.5million, I deposited in a name in a security company in Ghana 
April 2003, and $20 million in Security & Finance Company   Amsterdam, 
Netherlands in September 2003, I am ready to release the secret information of 
these deposits and the documents so that you can contact the company and get 
the consignment released, I have codes and deposit notes that if you submit to 
the company, they will release the consignment to you. I only pray I will not 
be betrayed again. This companies both in Accra and Amsterdam, Netherlands does 
not know the actual content of these consignments because they were falsely 
declared as documents.
 
I hope you will not assume my letter to be one of the letters we read at the 
Internet. I am serious; I am doing this because my conscience tells me to go 
ahead. You can confirm with the companies, the information I will give.
