No. You don't want to sent the keys on the network where they can be
sniffed ;)

Theses keys are used to generate a MIC (Message Integrity Check) that
will be part of the frame to ensure its source authentication and its
integrity. If you don't have the right key, you can't generate the
proper MIC. Additionally, you must cipher your frame with the right key
as well.
