Essentially this attack is just a simple jamming of the RF spectrum, which there is no real way to stop or guard against it. The cards are in constant transmit mode so they are not going to receive an Deauth/Disassociate frames. Overlay Wireless IDS systems can detect the location of the jamming so you can deploy "sneaker-net" for physical removal.
