Well, I haven't seen anything that specific, but I suppose creating one just with netcat and a shell script wouldn't be too hard. As a matter of fact, I think that is the easiest way. And if you know any perl scripting, lib-www-perl (LWP) is great and simple, and doing little stress test scripts shouldn't take more than 3-10 mins.
