DETAILS

<http://nutshell.gotfault.net/tools/panic/> panic.pl is another and
simple TCP connection denial of service tool. It creates hundreds of open
connections against the target server. Depends on server configuration it
may be busy and denying new connections from the attacker's ip or even
anywhere else.
It was successfully tested against many targets running sshd/ftpd/httpd
servers.
Note: This tool does not spoof IP address.
