RE: Traffic SNMP: msg#00058security.intrusions
Can you specify exactly what you need to know? You can't capture traffic with SNMP, so I assume you mean captured SNMP traffic. You can learn a lot from that, but what do you want to learn? I assume that you have already been using Ethereal or a similar Tool to decode the traffic. Is that correct? What questions do you have? > -----Original Message----- > From: intrusions-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx > [mailto:intrusions-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Danny Perez > Sent: Wednesday, May 19, 2004 4:29 PM > To: intrusions@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [Intrusions] Traffic SNMP > > Greetings Mr., > > I'm studying Informatic Engineering at the "Andrés Bello" > Catholic University located in Caracas Venezuela. > My names is Danny Pérez, at this present moment I'm > developing my Thesis named "Tool for the Analysis of > Historical Attacks at TCP/IP protocol level", I need to know > how could I obtain information about traffic captured with SNMP. > > Thanking you for all your collaboration, > > > > Danny Perez > > --------------------------------- > Correo Yahoo!: 6MB, más protección contra el spam ¡gratis! > _______________________________________________ > Intrusions mailing list > Intrusions@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx > http://www.dshield.org/mailman/listinfo/intrusions > _______________________________________________ Intrusions mailing list Intrusions@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://www.dshield.org/mailman/listinfo/intrusions |
