It never seemed to work for me, this would be really great because I
update the sid-msg.map files often and do an update prior to restarting
barnyard to make sure it catches everything... now I resort to
stop/start.... makes keeping up with logfiles somewhat difficult when
snort rotates a spoolfile on you while barnyard is being restarted....
rare... but a pain none the less
