Subject: static route

I am using pfsense as a router for my internal network.

I drew a quick picture shows what the network looks like.

Note: 10.10.101.254 the internet router, and 101.253 the remote site router are ISP controlled.

Note: subnet is /24

Problem is I have set up static route rules that asks anything going to 104.0/24 etc will go through 101.253

But I can’t get internet traffic out. How might I do this?

It gets a little confusing and I didn’t include this in the diagram because of it, but an open ip exits that has a proxy server’s software running and sharing the internet connection with the network including those over on other sites. So I’m not sure if this would make it a gateway.

Any help in sorting this out would be appreciated
