This is strange.  I had put seLinux into permissive mode, rebooted and
things worked.  I then went into the settings for the security and
disabled the protection for dhcp.  while there I figured what the heck
and set the system to relable the system on the next reboot.

Rebooted and everything worked.  I read your e-mail and figured I start
having a look at everything again and found in the security settings
that seLinux was back in enforcing mode, and working though the dhcp was
not being protect.  I re-enabled it and rebooted and the system is still
providing dhcp.

go figure eh!.

I was getting some errors and will track those down tomorrow while
reading the links you sent.  Also I'll try to figure out what happened.
