Re: https YubNub access

LOL, yes I see where you are coming from Bakert. Hmm... Very interesting Sean, I'll have to look in to the https connection and see about putting it with (aliases). I'm coding in ColdFusion so if anybody knows any information with https and CF let me know! You Opinion (aliases update)...

I've been debating, and decided I'd see what you all had to say. You should all know in aliases, if you don't have either "http://" or "https://" in the URL, it's considered a memo. Well I'm adding "ftp://", "file:///", and am considering the addition of "www." as well. Should I add this, or would it affect some memos? Also, are there any other protocols (aliases) should support? Thanks, Jake --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "YubNub" group. RE: YubNub on Firefox 1.5

Also I love using autotr on urls in the addressbar, for translating the current page into english. -- Jon Aquino (Victoria BC Canada) http://jonathanaquino.com -----Original Message----- From: YubNub-/JYPxA39Uh5TLH3MbocFFw@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:YubNub-/JYPxA39Uh5TLH3MbocFFw@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of elzr Sent: Monday, February 13, 2006 5:03 PM To: YubNub Subject: Re: YubNub on Firefox 1.5 Yes, in a way, all commands are meant for the address bar, but there are some commands that are more "meant" than others. ^_^ A command that takes URLs as its input is more "meant", because it really shines when used from the address bar. For instance, if you're browsing the Yubnub blog and you decide to subscribe to it, you just Ctrl-L to the address bar and prepend blub to the URL. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "YubNub" group. Re: YubNub on Firefox 1.5

Wow, Thanks elzr. I learned a few things there. Other commands that are good to use in the address bar are delurl (similar to delback), tec, gbs, and ffbl. Brian
