Log message (5 lines):
python/util.i: Don't drop the GIL when calling
Xapian_MSet_items_get() and Xapian_ESet_items_get() - these
methods build a python list, and return a PyObject, so it's not
safe to do so, and doing so may cause undefined behaviour in
multithreaded environments.
