Log message:
Configure and build the bindings later in the list.
If directories aren't checked out, don't add them to the list of modules to
configure and build (we already didn't bootstrap them).
Pass ACLOCAL on the configure command line so configure saves its value.
Use ./configure rather than a full path for in srcdir builds to avoid confusing
configure.
Don't pass XAPIAN_CONFIG to xapian-core's configure.
