Log message:
* configure.ac,Makefile.am,csharp/: Add C sharp bindings, created
with SWIG. Build disabled by default for now, because these are
completely untested, and probably need quite a bit of work. In addition,
all the SWIG packages I've found seem to require a patch to work
correctly with csharp (various stl_*.i packages are reported missing,
creating them with "touch" seems to work, but may break things subtly).
I need to learn C# before I can test these bindings...
