the public mailing list archives.  I am reluctant to add code which is
incomplete, and also in a language which neither Martin nor I
understand, to the snowball website, since this would be likely to cause
people to request assistance with it which we would be unable to
provide.  However, if you wish to post it on the web somewhere, we'd be
happy to provide a link to it.

If you do not have the resources to host it yourself, I suggest that you
take a look at http://sourceforge.net/ where you can get free hosting
for open source software projects.
