admins for Japanese wikipedia

Hello;

Some wikipedians in Japanese wikipedia had a discussion of what 
administrators would be like, should be like, etc., and the following 5 
people (including myself) expressed interests.

Yoshitaka Mieda(3/3), G(3/3), Tomos(3/4), Gombe(3/11), Suisui(3/11). (in 
parentheses are dates they stated their interest.)

Although I personally thought creating a page to present people's 
support/objections would be good, the idea did not gain much support in 
Villege Pump, and everything happened in there.

All the candidates support others, and another user also expressed his/her 
support to all the candidates. No opposition or objection was raised despite 
that I made repeated solicitation.

I also appreciate input we got on this mailing list. I reported every 
message to Village Pump.

I thought that this would be enough to get them admin status, and decided to 
send this email. But in case you have additional requests or any question 
please feel free to let me (or others) know.
