INSTALL & CONFIGURATION MEDIAWIKI 139 : $wgProxyKey is insecure

Bonjour à tous !
J'essaie d'installer la version 1.3.9 de mediawiki sur un serveur de mon mon
FAI et j'obtiens le message d'erreur suivant :

Quelqu'un peut il me dire comment et ou on peut accéder à cette maudite
variable TMP pour la faire pointer sur un répertoire accessible en écriture
?
Quelqu'un a  t il une soluce ?

Enfin a t on accès au fichier de configuration du thème par défaut utilisé
par Mediawiki pour modifier le "look" du site ?
