[ruby-core:23976] Ruby Installer - One-Click contest voting is now open!

I'm glad to inform that voting for One-Click Ruby Installer website design contest is now open! Good!Any hope for 1.9.2 of fixing the matrix library which currently has at least 8 open bugs? I have not received any comment on the much improved library I posted three weeks ago (http://redmine.ruby-lang.org/issues/show/1532 ), nor did I get any reply from my email to Keiju Ishitsuka.
