Which drift file are you accessing and where is it located? It should not be marked file_t? 


/var/lib/ntp/drift


ls -lZ /var/lib/ntp/drift
To fix the labeling you can
restorecon /var/lib/ntp/drift


How can I see the labeling for this file?
