Oops.... hald.fc should be

/usr/sbin/hald -- system_u:object_r:hald_exec_t
/usr/libexec/hal-hotplug-map -- system_u:object_r:hald_exec_t
Otherwise hal.dev and hal.hotplug get erroneously relabeled.
