RPM Packaging: here we go!

Hi, All!

I've just checked in the RPM packaging changes needed to get
RPM building into the "docs-common/Makefile.common" infrastructure.

There are still some serious problems with the packaging; it is NOT
yet ready for general usage, so if you are not interested in RPM
debugging, best steer clear for the time being.

But, when all this works, you will be able to create your document
RPM's by installing the docs-common RPM and then:

        $ make rpm

so just be a patient a couple of more days.
