Choosing A Webhost:
A web hosting service is a type of Internet hosting service that allows individuals and organizations to provide their own website accessible via the World Wide Web. Web hosts are companies that provide space on a server they own for use by their clients as well as providing Internet connectivity, typically in a data center. Web hosts can also provide data center space and connectivity to the Internet for servers they do not own to be located in their data center, called colocation. more...

Here they are :
134358 s-c-sc doesn't take care about "real" sound card index
134339 s-c-sc doesn't handle erroneous asound.conf
134321 s-c-sc unmute only the first sound card
134318 s-c-sc don't always unmute sound card
134316 s-c-sc don't load the current setting (/etc/asound.conf)

Minor :
134335 s-c-sc should use "aplay -D -Dplughw:..."
134317 low self.default_card not correctly set in soundcard.py

This is less than excepted :-)

134358 is the harder to fix. If it is fixed, 134339 would be easy to
fix.

For the record, since I don't know if it's related to kudzu or
system-config-sound and it's a little bug or misfeature, s-c-sc only
rely on kudzu to build the card list.

So, if there is no driver but the card is known by kudzu, then s-c-sc
show the card whereas the card is unusable (no driver).
You can trigger this one by moving your sound driver to /tmp and reboot.

Also, If the driver is loaded (by rc.sysinit with the help of "modprobe
-c") but unknown by kudzu, the card is not showed by s-c-sc.
Test it by configuring snd-dummy. It will be loaded by rc.sysint but
s-c-sc will not show it.
