Choosing A Webhost:
A web hosting service is a type of Internet hosting service that allows individuals and organizations to provide their own website accessible via the World Wide Web. Web hosts are companies that provide space on a server they own for use by their clients as well as providing Internet connectivity, typically in a data center. Web hosts can also provide data center space and connectivity to the Internet for servers they do not own to be located in their data center, called colocation. more...

I was hoping the redhat people could provide it's Fedora developing
community with the tools they need?

I always wondered how much truth there is in their stories about
allowing the opensource community to be part of the development of the
Fedora distribution.

If that ain't going to happen, you will probably have to use
sourceforge, yes. But if it's not going to happen I'd not make it a
Fedora but a GNOME tool if I where you. And if it's a good GNOME tool, I
am pretty sure the people at cvs.gnome.org would be happy to provide you
with tools like CVS.
