Nate, is your propane tank a verticle or horizontal?
If your tank is a horizontal tank, they are exempt
from the OPD law. I, too, was looking all over for
someone to convert my horizontal tank to OPD and an
honest propane dealer gave me the true skinny on the
OPD valves. They even gave me a copy of the letter
from the Oregon State Police stateing such. Hope this
helps.
