Too many variables for me.

no idea.

Best price we could find was on the least expensive
Carefree, about $500, good awning, no reason to buy a
more expensive one. But consider, a 14'X 10' screen
room from Walmart for less than $50.

No the problem is with the rear axle, and the dual
wheels.

The best item I have found for covering water stains
is a shellac based paint. It is pigmented white. I
forget the brand name, but most paint stores carry it.
Because it is alchol based it dries in about 10
minutes. Stuff that is water soluble gets trapped by
it. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE GOOD VENTILATION. The stuff is
very drippy so cover everything well. Do the edges
with a brush and the rest with a roller. If you want
to reuse the brush and roller, clean with denatured
alchol. If you don't recoat with something the stuff
will yellow in couple of years.
