Have to upgrade my propane tank.

Went to local propane dealer a few weeks ago to have my 30lb tank 
filled and they would not fill it. It does not have the OPD device. I 
was able to get it filled 2 years ago, under the grandfather clause, 
not anymore. 

It is has the gauge on the end, but I have to remove a couple of srews 
to have it filled, so it is not a permanently mounted tank. Found 
another dealer that will change my tank to and OPD device for $25, not 
bad. Now just have to remove it again and maybe slap some white spray 
paint on it.

Just thought I would give you guys a heads up.
