Help!

I have a 1980 Toyota Dolphin with 45K on OD. I recentely had oil and 
filter change, and now the motor will not idle.  I returned it to the 
service people and of course, they said we did nothing to cause this.  
It ran great before I took it there. The vehicle runs ok at 50 or 60 
mph but will not idle for any period of time before the motor dies.  I 
have had many suggestions, vacum lines, cat.converter plugged up. 
distributor cap, rotor, smog pump, etc:  When speed is decreased black 
smoke emits from tail pipe.  I will appreciate any help.  Thanks
