I use these (as well as my free allowance on Pipex)

1. http://www.teranews.com/ 3.95GBP on off fee, 50Mb per day allowance
2. http://www.news.astraweb.com/ Best deal at present is the special 25USD
for 90GB (no expiry time)

Note teranews can sometimes be a bit techy (it is free!). My average speed
is 24Kbytes/s (two connections max). Astraweb is unlimited connections and
maxes out my connection at 96Kbytes/s (that a 1Mbits/s broadband flat out),
they don't include uploads or the downloaded headers as part of the sum.
