PEP for overiding and/or/not

In case anyone missed it, Greg Ewing posted a PEP that describes a way 
to allow the overriding of the and/or/not. Since numeric applications 
are listed as one of the motivating factors, people here might want to 
look it over and weight in. There's been some discussion both on 
python-list and python-dev.
