In the MediaWiki site that i maintain, not a Trac site i know, i used two anti-spam extensions that effectively blocks spammers. http://fahwiki.net/index.php/Anti-spam The one extension i consider most effective is the black list extension. If someone tries to update a page containing an url listed in the black list the update is denied. If they existed for Trac or if someone port them...
