You'll need to add "r" for raw text formatting for the Windows version
in the .tac file, e.g.

        basedir = r'Z:\Tools\Build\buildbot\master'

otherwise you'll get formatting you don't want.

I like the new .tac file better, but currently my old config file won't
work. Waterfall doesn't seem to start up from latest CVS. Just trying to
track down the reason.
