Python editors on OSX: msg#00063python.apple
Stephanie, Emacs has a good debugger that uses pdb, the built-in python debugging module, which is what I used on Linux, but I have had no luck getting it to work on OSX. In lieu of this, I use either BBEdit or Vim, with pdb for debugging. Of course, none of these are true IDEs, but I have not found any satisfactory ones for Mac. You might try PyOXIDE, which is probably the most polished of the IDEs. Chris -- Christopher J.
