SVN Commit: OMake Build System [0.9.8.x] (Rev. 11501)

This is a variation of the Test8, where the variable being tested is a
function argument (in "protected" scope), not a global one. In this case, we
still get "Error: expected new, got old" with 0.9.8.x :-(
