So hopefully we can try and get NO_EMBED back in.  I am e-mailing back 
asking this...

So we need to create a noembed.h which includes all the undefs (this 
can be generated from undef.h maybe) and include this after the perl 
headers.  So the question is, do we want to include something like this 
in SWIG?  and if we decide to, should it be hand generated (only undefs 
that people have problems with) or generate it from embed.h?  Hopefully 
something will make it back into perl tho.

In any case, something should probably go into the documentation about 
how to add the #undef's yourself since a lot of people have been having 
this problem.
