perl & C interface: msg#00158programming.swig
Hi , I am facing an interface problem. I have a C dll which I want to access from the perl file. As u might be knowing that the two languages (perl & C) are having different data types. In my C dll function I need to pass the pointer to a string i.e., func(char *name). Can u tell me how I need to have an interface file & how to call in perl. I will populate the variable "name" with some string in C dll. The string should reflect in the perl calling function. I am using the SWIG utility to convet the datatype. Waiting for ur response.
