Still here.  Sorry, I've been really busy with other things lately and had
to put this off a bit.  I think I should be able to get to it this week
though.

I did do some stress testing of the patch about a month ago on a 10k line 
library with moderately complex templates, and it worked after a few fixes 
related to namespace and template names.  Hopefully integrating with the
current cvs and running the test suite will go as smoothly ;-)
