I think it describes XP fairly well given the constraints of the medium. But I
don't feel that it gives the flavor of XP, its values and so on.

The managers and spokespeople whom I have spoken with and sat on panels with and
the like all give lip service to light weight and agility. Then they say "But
..." and go on to say that you need more design, more this, more that.

I don't expect that behavior to decline.
