I did one for a project recently, but...

1) It's very new, but has been used successfully on two projects for
SURFnet, who sponsored its development; it's open source.

2) It's only been tested on Windows and Linux

3) It's GUI based right now

4) It's built with REBOL and the GUI version of REBOL for AIX is
a bit aged at this point. To build a compiled installer you
would need to ask if they can do a current SDK build for AIX,
and that implies buying an SDK. (for non-EXE installers, users
would have to have REBOL installed, which is a free download).

5) It doesn't have a home yet, but I can send things to you directly
if you're interested.

Unfortunately, I'm very busy right now, so I can't be of much help
with it for at least a few weeks (if you wanted to try it out).
