I don't know of the article which you talk about ... but for my money
you could replace the word "programmer" with "person"/"people" in that
whole description and you'd have the same thing :-)

I don't think there's anything special about the dysfunctions in
programmer people or programming jobs.

Nevertheless, like you, I find that sort of stuff very interesting.
