The Java folks have embraced many of these practices, but we don't see it being as prevalent on the Microsoft side. For example, sales of the JUnit book outstrip the NUnit book many, many times. There just doesn't seem to be the philosophy of embracing the toolset available outside the IDE. (I know this is an overly general statement, and I'd love to be proven wrong...)
